Chain IQ Group AG is seeking a senior subject matter expert in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Construction, and Workplace Services to drive strategic sourcing across the enterprise. You will lead complex negotiations, shape category strategies, and partner with executives to deliver data-driven cost optimization and supplier performance improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for seniority.
• 6+ years in strategic sourcing, category management or procurement leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead senior level SME for Real Estate, Facilities Management, Construction and Workplace Services categories.
• Develop and execute global/category strategies to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives including supplier selection and negotiations.
• Partner with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Risk and Operations to influence decisions.
• Perform market intelligence, supplier benchmarking and industry analysis.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, lease-related services, facilities management contracts and construction engagements.
• Drive supplier relationship programs ensuring service excellence and value creation.
• Identify cost reductions, supplier consolidation and process improvements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to sourcing professionals across the organization.
