Accelleron is seeking a Global Quality Systems Manager to lead quality governance and certification in Switzerland, aligning global quality processes with local operations. The role emphasizes risk-based assessments, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration within an international team.

You will own the global quality framework, drive certification and audit programs, and contribute to strategic quality initiatives across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Seasoned quality professional with experience in complex manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to design, implement and improve quality management systems.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards, including audits and certification.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Swiss Quality Certification and audit processes and the management review with a risk-based, meaningful approach.
• Ensure licence to operate with respect to quality for Switzerland and guide the global organisation.
• Own key global quality processes and develop the Accelleron Management Systems components and tools.
• Define and maintain the global quality framework to ensure consistent application across the business.
• Assess quality and process risk with divisions and drive improvements.
• Drive cross-organisational alignment on quality topics and coordinate resolutions of cross-organisational cases.
• Participate in or lead internal projects with a quality component.
