Accelleron seeks a seasoned quality professional to lead Swiss quality governance, audits, and certification programs from its Switzerland operations. You will own global quality processes, guide governance improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a robust licence to operate.

Qualifikationen

Seasoned quality professional with experience in complex manufacturing or industrial environments.
Expertise in core quality methodologies and their practical application.
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and improving quality management systems.

Aufgaben

Lead Swiss Quality Certification and audit processes and the management review.
Ensure licence to operate with respect to quality in Switzerland; guide the global organization.
Own global quality processes and develop the quality components and tools across the business.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality tools are fit for purpose and embedded across the company.
Support risk management, business resilience and compliance within marine contexts.
