Zusammenfassung

Accelleron in Baden, Switzerland, is seeking a hands-on professional to shape and improve core operations across intralogistics, warehouse operations and SCM Quality. You will own improvement initiatives, analyze KPIs, and translate insights into concrete actions with shopfloor teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

You should have a degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, 1–4 years of experience, and hands-on, independent drive.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or SCM.
• 1–4 years in logistics, SCM, production, or similar.
• Hands-on, shopfloor experience.
• Lean, Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SAP.
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Own small to mid-sized improvement projects across intralogistics and SCM Quality.
• Analyze material flows, processes and KPIs to identify inefficiencies.
• Drive improvements in inbound, storage, picking, and internal logistics.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives where applicable.
• Facilitate workshops like 5S and Value Stream Mapping.
• Define, track and report KPIs for transparency and performance.
