Accelleron in Baden, Switzerland seeks a Senior Legal Counsel (Global & Region) to define and implement global Integrity procedures, including awareness and training, data privacy, and regulatory guidance. You will report to the Group General Counsel and support strategic deals, internal investigations, and governance across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Master of Laws and bar admission required.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in an international business environment.
• Experience in establishing and running compliance processes (anti-bribery & corruption, antitrust, sanctions/export controls or data/AI governance).
• Experience or demonstrated curiosity in using data, analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance effectiveness and business impact.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Strong judgment and ability to analyze situations and create risk-based solutions.
• Outstanding stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency and agility in oral and written English & German; French, Spanish and further languages are an asset.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement global Integrity procedures, including awareness & training.
• Provide legal advice, contract support, dispute management and integrity & regulatory guidance, as well as board committee secretariat duties.
• Design, deliver and coordinate awareness and training concepts using AI-enabled methods.
• Support global compliance program with internal controls and data analytics for detecting breaches.
• Manage internal investigations and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
• Draft, review, and negotiate strategic collaboration, JV, and M&A agreements; oversee due diligence and risk assessment.
• Assist on governance, regulatory developments, and sanctions/export controls.
