Accelleron is seeking a hands-on technical leader to join our High-Speed Product Management team in Switzerland. You will coordinate supplier readiness and industrialization for Make & Buy and high‑volume components, driving APQP deployment and ramp‑up across engineering, quality, and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in turbocharging, automotive, aerospace or related manufacturing.
• Proven experience in supplier industrialization and ramp-up management.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority.
• Fluent English and German.

Aufgaben

• Act as APQP facilitator and drive deployment of supplier quality and industrialization processes across high-volume initiatives.
• Ensure supplier readiness, qualification and production readiness for ramp-up of high-volume components.
• Establish quality assurance concepts, control plans, process capability targets and monitoring concepts before SOP.
• Apply APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Define and establish supplier quality requirements for high-volume and Make & Buy components.
• Ensure roles, processes and governance to sustain quality and performance through serial production.
• Lead industrialization risk management, readiness reviews and escalation of critical issues.
• Support supplier audits, process assessments and qualification activities with the responsible lines.
• Coordinate Engineering, SCM, Quality and Operations for successful industrialization and ramp-up.
