As a member of Accelleron’s Management Systems Team, you will be responsible for quality governance and certification in Switzerland, ensuring ongoing compliance and maintaining the company’s licence to operate. You will support global and local quality teams through risk-based assessments, process improvements, and guidance, while coordinating cross-functional quality topics and driving them to sustainable resolution. You will also contribute to key business projects with quality-related elements, taking the lead where appropriate. The ideal candidate has a strong quality background, is proactive and self-motivated, and can effectively influence stakeholders without direct authority. The role offers a high level of autonomy and requires strong ownership and prioritisation skills.
