Zusammenfassung

Accelleron seeks a seasoned quality professional to lead the Swiss Quality Certification and audit processes, ensuring a robust, risk-based approach. You will guide the global organization on licence to operate, and own global quality processes within the Management Systems.

As a centre-of-excellence advisor, you will develop simple, user-focused quality components, coordinate cross-functional improvements, and support risk management, resilience, and marine compliance across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience designing and improving quality management systems.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Experience with integrated management systems (quality, environment, safety) and global process ownership.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Swiss Quality Certification and audit processes and the management review.
• Ensure licence to operate with respect to quality is assured in Switzerland and provide guidance to the global organization.
• Own key global quality processes and develop global quality components and tools.
• Define and maintain the global quality framework across Accelleron Management Systems and ensure fit-for-purpose embedding.
• Support divisions by assessing quality and process risk and implementing improvements.
• Drive cross-organisational collaboration and knowledge sharing on quality topics.
