Job summary

ITech Consult is seeking a Global Project Manager for the Rotkreuz diagnostics portfolio, spanning MedTech, pharma and food products. You will lead cross‑functional teams through product development and lifecycle initiatives, focusing on scoping, budgeting, timelines and risk control.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years global project management experience in regulated environments, with proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe and Waterfall, and hands‑on work with Jira, Trello, Lucidboard and Google

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or basic vocational training.
5+ years of global cross-functional project management in regulated environments (MedTech/Pharma/Diagnostics/food).
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with IT project management tools (Jira, Trello, Lucidboard, Google Workspace).
Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Sets up and leads structures for product development and product care, including scoping, timelines, resources, budgets, progress and cost control.
Implements PM processes, guides milestone reviews, capacity reviews, and improvement initiatives.
Establishes and reports KPIs/OKRs; acts as trusted advisor for planning and risk management.
Identifies risks, impacts on budget/schedule/scope, and communicates issues to stakeholders.
Coaches teams and collaborates with leads to optimize project delivery.
