ITech Consult is a Swiss company providing IT, life sciences and engineering staffing solutions. The RDS PMC - Project Management Sub-Chapters Rotkreuz unit supports diagnostics projects and offers a 100% focus on delivering complex programs across Pharma, MedTech and related sectors.

The role requires a cross-functional leader with 5+ years of global project management experience in regulated environments, proficient with Jira, Trello, Lucidboard and Google Workspace, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or basic vocational training.
• 5+ years in cross-functional global project management in regulated environments.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, and Scrum.
• Experience with IT project tools: Jira, Trello, Lucidboard, Google Workspace.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead product development and care projects with scope, timelines, budgets, and risk controls.
• Apply project management processes and coach teams in agile practices; manage hybrid roles.
• Establish and report KPIs/OKRs to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Identify risks, communicate issues to stakeholders, and support decision making with data.
• Collaborate with leads to optimize delivery and coach team members.
