Job summary

Santen is seeking an experienced International Head of Pricing in Genf to lead global pricing strategy across EMEA, China, and Asia Pacific. The role requires coordinating with senior stakeholders and driving governance for pipeline and in-market products.

You will guide pricing analytics, forecasts, and scenario modeling, while managing an international team and ensuring compliance with international reference pricing and tender strategies. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma pricing, market access, and reimbursement.
• Strong international exposure across multiple regions.
• Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies in complex healthcare environments.
• Experience leading pricing governance and international reference pricing risks.
• Leadership experience in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Santen’s international pricing strategy across global markets.
• Establish pricing frameworks, target prices, floor prices, and governance processes for pipeline, launch, and in-market products.
• Lead pricing risk assessment and mitigation for reference pricing, price erosion, and parallel trade.
• Support pricing analytics, forecasting, scenario modeling, and competitive insights for strategic decisions.
• Provide pricing leadership for launches, lifecycle management, reimbursement negotiations, and tender opportunities.
• Partner with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams.
• Drive governance, data integrity, systems, and processes in pricing.
• Lead and develop an international team covering EMEA, China, and Asia.
• Represent Pricing in senior governance forums to influence investments and portfolio decisions.
