Santen is seeking an International Head of Pricing to lead our global pricing strategy across EMEA, China, and Asia Pacific. This senior role drives value-based pricing, governance, and product lifecycle decisions to maximize patient access while protecting portfolio value.

You will lead a team of Pricing Managers, collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Finance, and travel up to 30% to support regional governance and launches.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, and reimbursement.
• Strong international exposure across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience developing pricing strategies within complex healthcare environments.
• Leadership experience in a matrix organization and stakeholder influence.
• Experience supporting launches and lifecycle management in a global setting.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive international pricing strategy and operating model across global markets.
• Establish pricing frameworks, target prices, floor prices, and governance processes for pipeline, launch, and in-market products.
• Lead pricing risk assessment for international reference pricing, price erosion, and parallel trade.
• Support strategic decisions through pricing analytics, forecasting, scenario modeling, and competitive insights.
• Provide pricing leadership for new product launches and lifecycle management activities.
• Partner with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams.
• Drive pricing governance, data integrity, systems, and processes.
• Lead and develop an international team covering EMEA, China, and Asia.
