Omya Specialty Materials (Schweiz) AG is seeking a pricing leader to shape and govern global pricing strategies. You will align with Sales, Commercialization, Finance and Business Development to set methodologies and drive price execution.

The role emphasizes digital pricing solutions, governance, and insightful reporting to support decision makers across markets. Strong English with German/French an advantage is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Pricing Excellence, Sales/Commercial Excellence or similar.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into digital solution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve global pricing processes and methodologies with key stakeholders.
• Structure price setting, changes, approvals and escalations to align with market needs.
• Own pricing-related digital solutions and translate requirements for IT and vendors.
• Establish pricing governance, monitor deviations and support corrective actions.
• Define pricing reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
