Job summary

Omya International AG is seeking a skilled professional for international trade and supply chain operations in Switzerland. The role involves processing orders, creating price quotes, coordinating with plants and selling units across countries, and handling shipment documentation with forwarders.

Key responsibilities include LC/CAD processing, arranging inspections, managing dunning and credit limits, and ensuring accurate CRM data. Strong English and multiple languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in international trade, export or supply chain operations.
• Solid knowledge of export processes, customs regulations, Incoterms and documents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Process stock, third party and chain orders for assigned customers.
• Create price-offer calculations and coordinate with Omya plants and selling units.
• Handle shipment/export processing and document creation with forwarders.
• Manage letters of credit and documentary collections; support for LC/CAD.
