Job summary

Omya is seeking a Global Pricing Excellence Manager to shape pricing processes and digital solutions within the Sales Excellence team in Switzerland. You will own pricing tools and governance, collaborating with Sales, Commercialization, Finance and IT to deliver insights for smarter commercial decisions.

The role emphasizes building pricing capabilities, driving improvements, and coordinating with external vendors and internal teams to ensure scalable, value-driven pricing across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Pricing Excellence, Sales/Commercial Excellence, Pricing Management, Finance or similar.
• Strong understanding of B2B price setting and governance with analytical skills.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements for digital solutions; familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, pricing tools.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve global pricing processes and methodologies with stakeholders.
• Own pricing digital solutions and define business requirements for IT and vendors.
• Establish and maintain pricing governance, decision rights, and approval logic.
• Define insights and reporting KPIs; collaborate with Data/BI teams for actionable recommendations.
• Lead pricing capability-building for sales, commercialization, and business development.
