Job summary

Omya Group in Oftringen is seeking a Global Pricing Excellence Manager to shape and drive pricing processes, governance and digital solutions. You will own pricing tools, partner with Sales, Finance and IT, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve pricing effectiveness and commercial decisions.

The role requires building insights, defining KPIs, and coordinating with external vendors; occasional travel is expected. Strong English skills and a finance/business background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pricing Excellence, Sales/Commercial Excellence, Pricing Management, Finance or similar role in B2B distribution.
• Strong understanding of price setting, methodologies and governance with solid analytical skills.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements for digital solutions and working with SAP, Salesforce and pricing solutions.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors; travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve global pricing processes and methodologies with key stakeholders.
• Own pricing-related digital solutions and translate business needs into clear requirements for Digital Transformation, IT and external vendors.
• Establish and maintain pricing governance, decision rights, approvals, and compliance.
• Define reporting requirements and KPIs; enable data-driven decision making.
