TalentCloud Group Recruitment in Bern, Switzerland, seeks a Pricing Strategy Specialist to own pricing initiatives across Swiss and international markets. You will develop pricing strategies, models and structures to support profitability, work with ERP systems, and collaborate with Product Management, Sales and Finance.

• At least 3 years of professional pricing experience in industrial/engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Practical experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness with complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to influence across departments.
• Autonomous, proactive and hands-on; capable of building structures and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Pricing Strategy & Development: Develop and optimise pricing strategies, models and structures to support commercial performance and profitability.
• International Pricing: Establish consistent and transparent pricing across products, markets, and distribution channels.
• Data Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, customer data, costs and margins to inform pricing decisions.
• Process Optimisation: Design, implement and continuously improve pricing processes locally and internationally.
• ERP & Data Management: Work with ERP systems to maintain and improve pricing information and master data.
• Price Adjustments: Review and update pricing based on market developments, costs and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align pricing decisions with Product, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders.
