Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will shape launch sequencing, reimbursement submissions, and price governance while monitoring policy developments.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of senior-level experience in pharma pricing, market access, or related areas.
• Extensive global pricing and contracting leadership experience across multiple markets.
• Proven people leadership, developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
• Experience with HTA engagements and payer submissions.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Pricing & Contracting team.
• Develop and execute global pricing and contracting strategies.
• Serve as trusted pricing advisor to priority countries and senior leadership.
• Partner across Therapeutic Areas, Access, HEOR, Finance, Strategy & Growth.
• Guide countries on pricing scenario analyses and innovative contracting.
• Shape launch sequencing, governance, and price implementation.
• Monitor pricing policy developments and market dynamics.
