Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Pricing & Market Access Director to lead the development and execution of Market Access strategies for one or more products, while partnering across Commercial and Development teams.

The role focuses on payer strategic planning, pricing strategy, and integration of evidence plans to optimize value and reimbursement in the Swiss market, with significant cross-functional collaboration and external representation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience pricing and negotiations in the Swiss market.
• Established local network with key stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to represent the company externally.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of Market Access strategies and core pricing deliverables operating within the Commercial model.
• Own payer strategic planning to support value and access optimization.
• Ensure payer position is represented to internal stakeholders and informs commercialization decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize value proposition and evidence plans for market access and reimbursement.
• Support strategies with market research, environmental data and HEOR principles.
• Inform financial forecasts and execute pricing strategy including localization.
• Support capability building and thought leadership in the evolving payer environment.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Government Affairs, Marketing and Clinical Development to optimize value.
