Novartis in Basel, Switzerland seeks a Director, International Value & Access, Immunology to shape and deliver global market access strategies for immunology assets. You will influence pricing, evidence plans, and stakeholder engagement across multiple markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams with Medical Affairs, Development, Pricing, and country teams to enable broad patient access to innovative therapies, reporting to the Head Access Immunology International.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Global or ex-US regional Market Access experience with success in complex international environments.
• Experience developing payer value propositions, access evidence strategies, and reimbursement approaches for innovative therapies.
• Proven expertise in Market Access, Pricing, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, or related strategic access disciplines.
• Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience supporting and executing successful product launch strategies in international or regional markets.

Aufgaben

• Develop integrated international access strategies for Immunology assets across the product lifecycle.
• Shape payer value propositions and evidence packages addressing priority market needs.
• Embed payer evidence requirements into target product profiles and evidence plans.
• Create international pricing strategies and guidance for sustainable patient access.
• Develop payer negotiation strategies for priority markets.
• Collaborate with HEOR teams to deliver access evidence.
• Anticipate policy and HTA trends to identify access risks and opportunities.
