Avaloq is seeking an experienced Project Manager – PMO & Governance to join our Bioggio office and support the Project Delivery team across multiple organizational topics. You will help manage governance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for an international program, collaborating with PMs, Delivery Heads, and senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Portfolio Management, or a comparable coordination role within a complex IT environment.
• Experience working in the banking and financial services environment.
• Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills, with proven experience in forecasting, controlling, reporting, and resource management.
• Ability to work independently to established goals and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and executive-level audiences.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office products

Aufgaben

• Support governance and management of an Implementation program, with reporting on scope, progress, financials, risks, issues, and resource utilization.
• Manage demand and supply planning activities, including resource allocation, capacity planning, utilization tracking, and external resource onboarding.
• Coordinate project and portfolio activities across teams, projects, and locations, aligning with objectives and delivery priorities.
• Prepare and deliver management presentations, dashboards, and executive communications for senior leadership and steering committees.
• Provide efficient and detail-oriented support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and controlling processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Controlling teams.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Support auditing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to PM frameworks and reporting standards.
