Avaloq Group is seeking a Senior Project & Architecture Lead to own end-to-end technology initiatives across cloud platforms, automation, and service delivery. You will guide engineering teams from analysis through live service, ensuring governance, budgets, and timely delivery.

The role requires a strong technical background, international/agile experience, and excellent stakeholder communication in English; Italian is a plus. We offer hybrid work arrangements in a global context.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years in project management for technical, cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering complex programmes end-to-end in an international, agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and platform engineering (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) concepts.

Aufgaben

• Own the Architecture & Technology projects end to end from initiation through execution to closure — cloud platforms, platform automation, middleware and the IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services built on top.
• Lead technical delivery teams and go deep with them, instructing and steering engineering from analysis to live service.
• Run sound project governance: budgets, resources, scope, quality and timeline; identify risks and issues early; remove blockers; secure buy‑in from senior stakeholders.
• Manage client and sales expectations with clear status, honest timelines, and a polished business and technical pitch up to C-suite.
• Bridge business vision and technical reality by translating service and product ambitions into concrete technical implementations.
