Avaloq, a Switzerland-based leader in wealth management technology, is seeking a Project Manager to guide complex client implementations of BPaaS and SaaS solutions for global banking clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define objectives, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards while coaching client project teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business, PM certification, and strong English communication are required; international, hybrid work

• Proven track record as overall project leader for large-scale software implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or engineering.
• PM certification from a recognized body.
• Knowledge of the banking industry and bank processes.
• Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders up to Steering Committee.
• Leadership of interdisciplinary, multicultural teams.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of change-the-bank projects for Avaloq's major global banking clients.
• Prepare project budgets and offers with Solution Architects/Consultants and Key Account Managers for customers.
• Achieve defined objectives: scope, quality, timelines, budget, staffing, and post-project reviews.
• Coach customer project managers and teams to leverage best practices and Avaloq's Banking Reference.
• Lead projects concurrently while supporting pre-sales activities and proposals.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
