Zusammenfassung

Avaloq, a Switzerland-based leader in wealth management technology, invites a Senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs within the Product Delivery & Quality organization. You will drive projects from inception to completion for our market-leading clients, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality.

In this role you will develop plans, manage risks, coordinate with kernel development teams and regional stakeholders, and mentor junior PMs.

Qualifikationen

8–10 years of project management experience delivering complex cross-functional SaaS, PaaS, IaaS programs.
Proven ability to deliver results in international, diverse environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets.
Manage scope, risks, issues and quality across the lifecycle.
Provide weekly project status updates to Top Management / executives.
Bridge product vision and delivery with deadlines.
Lead cross-divisional project teams to meet objectives.
Oversee budgets and ETCs relative to project progress.
Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.
