Avaloq Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives within the Product Delivery & Quality organization, guiding the build and rollout of new functionalities for market-leading clients.

You will run end-to-end projects, collaborate with kernel development and regional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor junior managers, while communicating with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of project management experience, across cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, international SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/BPaaS projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership.
• Experience with budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, and quality.
• Fluency in English; German is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans (regulatory and/ or innovation projects), including timelines and budgets.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and quality across the lifecycle.
• Develop mitigation strategies to treat risks and resolve issues.
• Provide weekly project status updates to Top Management.
• Bridge the gap between product vision and delivery, ensuring deadlines.
• Lead cross-divisional teams to achieve milestones.
• Oversee budgets and ETC reviews.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and mentor junior PMs.
