Job summary

The Global Planner at Corteva Agriscience represents Supply Chain Planning within the Supply Strategy Team. You will translate demand, supply capability, sourcing strategy, and inventory requirements into feasible, time-phased supply plans, balancing production and inventory with demand to support service, cost, and capacity targets.

You will develop and maintain rolling 24-month master plans at family level, linking global supply strategy to execution across sites, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven options.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across functions, cultures, regions and time zones.
• Experience with planning systems and master data.
• Proficiency with SAP/IBP/ERP or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand, supply capability, sourcing strategy, and inventory targets into a time-phased plan across S&OP horizon.
• Develop and maintain rolling 24-month production and supply plans for active ingredients.
• Define sourcing requirements based on production plan and strategy.
• Balance service, inventory, capacity utilization, and total cost in planning.
• Maintain inventory positioning across the supply network; optimize costs.
• Coordinate regional allocations and maintain supplier schedules across 24 months.
• Participate in S&OP with cross-functional stakeholders; present insights and risks.
• Track planning performance and conduct root-cause analysis to improve accuracy.
