Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to collaborate with development and manufacturing teams and suppliers to transfer products to production. The role focuses on forecasting accuracy, capacity alignment, and inventory optimization while supporting supplier negotiations and invoice validation.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in a related field, with fluency in French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory; German is a plus.
• Engineering degree in supply chain, production or manufacturing related field.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage and consolidate sales forecasts to align with business objectives.
• Analyze forecasts and propose production guidelines based on demand and capacity.
• Load sales figures into ERP and reporting tools for data tracking.
• Review subcontractors' production planning to meet schedules.
• Monitor progress and deviations against plans.
• Plan direct purchasing for production and R&D to maintain inventory.
• Assist in price/volume negotiations with suppliers for favorable terms.
• Support back-office review of invoices for accuracy.
