Zusammenfassung

Läderach is seeking a Demand Planner to develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize store orders for U.S. and Canadian retail operations.

You will translate sales trends into item- and store-level forecasts, working with regional leaders, operations, and Global Product and Demand teams to balance sell-through, service levels, and margin. You will manage AYR and seasonal forecasts, monitor COGS and margin analyses, and provide in-season demand projections while collaborating with Controlling

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or supply chain or related field.
• 2–4 years in demand planning or related analytical/forecasting role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency with Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile data across currencies.
• Experience with COGS and margin analysis is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain item-level demand forecasts for seasonal and AYR replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels, sell-through performance, and obsolescence risk with cross-functional teams.
• Reforecast demand in season based on current sell-through and trends; present revised projections to leadership.
• Analyze margin drivers and identify COGS variances early.
• Support inventory reserve and write-off forecasting with Controlling.
• Translate demand forecasts into replenishment guidance to keep stores well stocked.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand plans with business strategy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
