METTLER TOLEDO AG in Switzerland invites an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our EU-HUB based in Nänikon-Greifensee. You will handle a mix of strategic and operational planning with a strong focus on inventory levels and material planning to ensure supply continuity.

Aufgaben

• Develop and improve SOPs for efficient, scalable planning processes.
• Plan materials and manage supply planning to optimize stock and availability.
• Maintain daily contact with production units and external suppliers to ensure capacities are respected.
• Monitor inbound/outbound delivery performance and optimize costs and productivity.
• Resolve discrepancies with 3PL partners and manage SAP-related tickets across the EU-HUB.

Our business unit EU-HUB serves as our logistics hub in Europe, providing logistical services for METTLER TOLEDO’s global service business as well as for the import and export of our products. To strengthen our Supply Chain Planning team in our global operative headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for an experiencedSupply Chain Planner 100% (w/m/d)

In this role, you will take on a varied mix of strategic and operational planning tasks, with a strong focus on inventory levels and material planning. You will contribute to both long-term planning activities, such as analyzing demand trends and inventory reports, and day-to-day operational planning to support supply continuity and maintain reliable material availability across the business.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Ensuring compliance with agreed standard work while significantly contributing to the development and continuous improvement of SOPs for efficient, consistent, and scalable planning processes.
• Material Planning and Supply Planning to ensure control and optimization of stock levels and material availability
• Daily contact with our production units and external suppliers to expedite and ensure capacities are respected
• Performance to customer to secure Inbound & Outbound delivery performance of the defined article range, costs and productivity
• Discrepancy resolution with our 3PL that may arise while receiving shipments in JIRASupporting projects, escalation requests, and SAP tickets across the EU-HUB where required
