Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across functions, cultures, and time zones with high planning accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand, supply capability, sourcing strategy, and inventory targets into time-phased plans across S&OP horizon.
• Develop and maintain rolling 24-month production and supply plans for active ingredients.
• Define sourcing requirements and balance service levels with total cost.
• Lead capacity and scenario planning, identifying constraints and risks.
• Participate in S&OP, align across functions, translate strategy into executable plans.
• Maintain planning data, systems, and governance with continuous improvement.
