Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning lead to manage the full horizon of network supply and inventory plans across Sites/CMOs. You will develop rolling 36-month S&OP plans, analyze capacity, and present scenarios with financial impact for senior reviews.

In this global role, you will work with demand planning and finance to ensure One Plan alignment, integrate new product development, and drive continuous improvement in IBP metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or sciences is required.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology supply chain planning.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP; Advanced SAP (S/4HANA) knowledge.
• 5+ years with an advanced planning tool (Kinaxis RapidResponse, APO SNP, or similar).
• Operate and influence in a global environment – English language fluency required.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF, or similar certification expected.
• Experience in business planning, S&OP, project management or other cross-functional processes.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategies.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills in a global network.

Responsibilities

• Owns 3-36 month horizon of network supply and inventory plans for sites/CMOs.
• Develops rolling 36-month S&OP plans in Rapid Response.
• Integrates long-term strategic demand plans with operational plans.
• Owns analysis for capacity planning across products and sites/CMOs.
• Evaluates scenarios to support tender requests and changes in mix.
• Escalates infeasible plans and presents financial impact in reviews.
• Manages global inventory plans for all product streams.
• Supports SRMs and GSRM with planning analysis and scenarios.
• Collaborates with demand planning and finance for One Plan alignment.
• Integrates new product development and commercialization into supply plans.
• Measures and drives continuous improvement of IBP processes and metrics.
• Leads site master schedulers to align supply and inventory plans.
