Job summary

PSI is seeking a Global People Manager at its Geneva head Office to lead strategic HR initiatives across the organisation's global operations. The role oversees policy development, global HR operations, and people analytics to support PSI’s political objectives.

It also drives talent management, engagement, and inclusion. Remote working is possible; the position reports to the Head of Global Operations and requires collaboration with SMT, regional offices, and unions.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ senior personnel management experience in a membership-based org or unions.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and systems.
• Experience with strategic planning at management level.
• Ability to coordinate across geographically dispersed stakeholders.
• Experience with HR information tools and international environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global People Strategy aligned with PSI’s priorities.
• Oversee global HR operations, compliance and processes across regions.
• Lead talent management, development and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and social dialogue initiatives.
• Provide data-driven HR guidance to SMT and senior leaders.
