Job summary

WinCan is seeking a Support Specialist for our Partner Success Team to ensure that global sales partners receive timely support, information, and resources. You will act as the first line of contact for inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and support partner onboarding and events.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data quality, and the ability to translate technical concepts for partners. A service-oriented mindset and experience in IT or SaaS are valued.

Qualifications

• Business or technical training or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in sales support, customer success, partner management, or inside sales, ideally in the IT industry.
• Affinity for technical topics and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong service and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or collaboration systems.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions is a plus.
• Enjoyment of working with international partners and teams.

What You Bring to the Table

Compensation Information

The expected pay range for this position is 65.000 - 80.000 per hour. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other objective job-related factors. This position may be eligible for a bonus or other incentive plan, as well as other forms of compensation.
