Zusammenfassung

WinCan is seeking a Support Specialist for the Partner Success Team to ensure our sales partners worldwide receive the support, information, and resources they need to succeed.

You will interact with international partners, coordinate with internal teams, and support sales-related activities, events, onboarding, and data management in a fast-paced environment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Support Specialist for our Partner Success Team to ensure that our sales partners worldwide receive the support, information, and resources they need to succeed. With your organizational skills, service-oriented mindset, and keen understanding of customer needs, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive partner experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for general and technical inquiries from our international sales partners
• Ensuring professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication
• Coordinating and following up on partner-related issues in close collaboration with internal teams and specialists
• Supporting our partners with sales-related activities and administrative processes
• Assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of partner-related initiatives and events
• Supporting the onboarding of new partners and ensuring a smooth transition
• Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and organizational measures
• Providing up-to-date sales, marketing, and training materials
• Continuously developing our partner programs
• Maintaining partner data, documentation, and feedback records
• Ensuring high data quality and transparency within the relevant systems
• Assisting with the creation of reports and analyses

What You Bring to the Table

• Business or technical training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales support, customer success, partner management, or inside sales, ideally in the IT industry
• An affinity for technical topics and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Strong service and customer focus
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish) are a plus
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or collaboration systems
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions is a plus
• Enjoyment of working with international partners and teams

Compensation Information

The expected pay range for this position is 65.000 - 80.000 per hour. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other objective job-related factors. This position may be eligible for a bonus or other incentive plan, as well as other forms of compensation.
