Job summary

Accelleron is seeking an Order Processing professional for its High Speed Division in Baden, Switzerland. You will manage the order-to-cash cycle, import forecasts into SAP, and ensure accurate order entry while coordinating with logistics to meet delivery timelines.

The role requires strong German and English communication, SAP experience (R/3 SD, S/4HANA), and a commercial or technical apprenticeship with a economics-related degree as a potential pathway to advancement.

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical apprenticeship with the potential for a bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in order processing or sales coordination.
• German and English skills are a must.
• Experience in SAP R/3 SD module and preferably S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers throughout the order-to-cash process.
• Import monthly evaluated customer forecasts into SAP and align production and logistics with customer needs.
• Ensure every customer order is entered accurately in SAP, technically and commercially.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and update customers regularly.
• Coordinate transport orders with forwarders and prepare customs documents.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
