Zusammenfassung

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist based in Switzerland to own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, payroll coordination, travel, events, and internal systems in a remote-first, internationally distributed environment.

You will work across People Operations, payroll, finance administration, and vendor coordination, delivering accurate documentation and timely payments while building scalable operational foundations and automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations, or a comparable role.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, contracts, documentation, HR administration, and operational workflows.
• Hands-on payroll coordination, contractor payments, and expense management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
• Experience coordinating travel, events, offsites, vendors, and broader company logistics.
• Ability to handle confidential employee, payroll, and financial information professionally.
• Strong ownership mindset to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Process-oriented with ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, e-signature, and admin platforms.
• Experience using automation to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first, globally distributed environment.
• Experience in startup/scale-up or remote-first organizations is a plus.
• Experience supporting operations across multiple countries is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of employment compliance and payroll across markets is desirable.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills with high autonomy.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including contracts, onboarding, role changes, payroll updates, documentation, and offboarding.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, addendums, and related documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes, contractor invoices, employee expenses, and approvals to ensure timely payments.
• Arrange and manage business travel, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and travel-related requests.
• Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, venues, suppliers, and on-the-ground logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information, leave, travel bookings, expenses, contracts, and documentation.
• Serve as a key contact for HR and operational questions, resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage statements of work, change orders, signatures, and related documentation with proper records.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and internal processes as the organization scales.
• Build and maintain workflow automations to reduce manual tasks and errors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep operations coordinated.
