Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Project Lead based in Switzerland. This fully remote role supports a diverse portfolio of strategic, operational, and growth initiatives, coordinating projects spanning business operations, recruitment, bids and grants, events, and programme development.

You will maintain alignment across teams and stakeholders, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business operations, or programme coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management, CRM, or recruitment platforms.
• Experience with bids, proposals, tenders, or grant applications is preferred.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, events, or business programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple strategic, operational, and growth initiatives with timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to maintain alignment with objectives.
• Support recruitment initiatives, including role definition and onboarding.
• Research public-sector bids, tenders, and grant opportunities and assist proposals.
• Coordinate compliance, submission deadlines, and reporting for bids and grants.
• Plan and deliver workshops, events, and community programmes with logistics.
• Contribute to accelerator and business support programmes structure and value.
• Maintain documentation and project updates across initiatives.
