Lever, Inc. in Switzerland is seeking a German-speaking HR Operations Specialist to support onboarding, employee changes, HR administration, and day-to-day employment matters across Europe in a fully remote role.

You will work closely with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to ensure accurate, compliant HR processes, resolve queries promptly, and contribute to continuous improvements, process standardisation, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or similar client-facing HR role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Good working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.

Aufgaben

• Support HR operations across countries, onboarding and lifecycle activities for clients and employees.
• Manage day-to-day HR queries with accurate, customer-focused solutions.
• Apply country-specific employment requirements to ensure compliant HR activities.
