You will manage AR aging, reconcile bank activity, prepare Excel-based reports, and support HR and administrative processes in a fast-moving small business environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop and accounts receivable workflows.
• Experience reconciling payments, deposits, and bank activity.
• Strong Excel reporting, tracking, and financial analysis skills.
• Payroll-support coordination and HR administrative support are valued.

Aufgaben

• Manage weekly AR aging reviews and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain open-item lists and tracking for unresolved balances.
• Reconcile payments, deposits, and bank activity across systems.
• Prepare Excel-based financial reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate payroll-support information and new-hire payroll data.
• Support HR, administrative tasks, and process documentation.
