Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional project management experience.
• Experience managing software development projects from planning through release.
• Ability to create and maintain delivery plans and track progress.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and stakeholders on requirements and blockers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ownership mindset with minimal supervision.
• Experience with data, analytics, or AI projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Azure DevOps is a plus.

• Own software projects end to end from planning to release.
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans with tasks, owners, milestones, deadlines.
• Track progress, identify delays or risks early, drive recovery actions.

• Manage scope and change requests, assess impact on timelines.
• Plan and coordinate releases with readiness checks and QA alignment.
• Provide timely updates on status, risks, decisions, dependencies.
• Maintain coordination across technical and business teams to keep priorities aligned.
