Job summary

Axetris AG in Central Switzerland is seeking a seasoned Technical Sales professional to strengthen customer relationships, win OEM projects, and guide inquiries to production. You will travel internationally about 30% of the time and work from our site in Kägiswil.

Ideal candidates have several years in direct sales and account management with an engineering background. German and English negotiation is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical direct sales and account management.
• Technically educated background, e.g. bachelor’s or master’s in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong negotiation skills in German and English are essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of EMS, foundry services, microtechnology, OSAT, or PCB technology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen existing customer relationships and win OEM volume projects.
• Guide inquiries from inquiry to closing and help bring customer ideas into production.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to open doors to new markets.
• Spot market trends early and help shape our strategy.
