Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical direct sales and account management.
• Technical background in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~30% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen existing customer relationships and win OEM volume projects.
• Guide inquiries to closing and bring ideas into production.
• Build connections at trade shows and conferences to access new markets.
• Spot market trends and help shape our strategy.
