Axetris AG in Central Switzerland is seeking a seasoned Technical Sales professional to strengthen customer relationships, win OEM projects, and guide inquiries to production. You will travel internationally about 30% of the time and work from our site in Kägiswil.

Ideal candidates have several years in direct sales and account management with an engineering background. German and English negotiation is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical direct sales and account management.
• Technically educated background, e.g. bachelor’s or master’s in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong negotiation skills in German and English are essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of EMS, foundry services, microtechnology, OSAT, or PCB technology is advantageous.

Your expertise

You engage with people openly, listen attentively, and build strong, long-term customer relationships. An en-trepreneurial mindset sets you apart: you recognize opportunities, take ownership, and see projects through to success. Your enthusiasm for technology comes across convincingly, both internally and externally. You have several years of experience in technical direct sales and account management, as well as a technical background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification. Confident negotiation skills in German and English are essential, and additional languages are a plus. Ideally, you also have knowledge of EMS, foundry services, microtechnology, OSAT, or printed circuit board (PCB) technology, which helps you hit the ground running.
