ABB in Switzerland seeks an experienced sales leader to drive front-end sales for large and strategic mining projects. You will position ABB as a full-scope solution provider across the mining value chain, leading multi-stakeholder opportunities and coordinating multinational resources for a winning strategy.

The role focuses on electrification, drives, automation, digital solutions, and grinding portfolio, with strong emphasis on GMDs, RMDs and related applications.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of mining industry experience or similar with a strong track record in sales or execution of complex industrial solutions.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales of strategic mining projects and position ABB as a global solution provider.
• Promote and sell the full ABB mining portfolio including HV, MV, LV, drives, electrification, automation and digital solutions.
• Lead front-end sales for large, international mining opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage capture teams and coordinate multinational resources toward a winning strategy.
• Develop and execute account and opportunity strategies with account managers, OEMs, EPCMs and local ABB units.
• Ensure ABB’s value proposition is clearly communicated and presented to customers and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic discussions on scope allocation between global and local units.
• Build, qualify and develop a strong mining opportunities pipeline for sustainable growth.
