Job summary

Proclinical in Zurich, Switzerland is seeking a Medical Information Manager to provide accurate, evidence-based medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.

You will support the creation of global scientific response documents and oversee medical review of promotional materials, collaborating with Clinical R&D, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Marketing, and Global Market Access.

• Experience delivering clear, evidence-based medical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience developing medical information documents and response letters.
• Familiarity with medical review processes for promotional materials.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support conferences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers with balanced medical information for approved and pipeline products.
• Handle escalated global inquiries and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Develop and maintain standard response letters and FAQs.
• Contribute to medical review of promotional materials for compliance.
• Collaborate with Clinical R&D, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Marketing and Global Market Access.
• Plan and staff Medical Affairs booths at international conferences.
• Adhere to harmonized global medical information processes.
• Generate insights from inquiries and share with stakeholders.
