Idorsia Ltd is seeking a seasoned Medical Information professional with a scientific background to support high enquiry volumes in a fast-paced environment. You will generate high-quality MI responses, maintain audit-ready processes, and collaborate across global teams.

The role requires 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, strong English communication, and ideally fluency in French or German. This permanent, full-time position sits within Global Medical Affairs and offers international

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, predominantly in medical information.
• Experience in a medical information role regionally and/or globally.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality Medical Information assets and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Generates high quality Medical Information responses and FAQs addressing enquiries, ensuring compliance and balanced data.
• Maintains a robust Global Medical Information process that is audit-ready and compliant with SOPs/Working Practices.
• Manages external agencies and partners involved in Medical Information.
• Trains internal teams in Medical Information processes as required.
• Ensures cross-functional collaboration with key partners.
• Prepares reconciliation reports with Pharmacovigilance and Quality and performs quality assurance on enquiries.
• Supports medical booths at congresses as needed.
