Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a scientific field (Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences)
• Experience in Medical Information, Medical Affairs, or scientific communications in pharma/biotech
• Strong ability to evaluate literature and translate data into clear responses
• Experience developing scientific response letters, FAQs, or similar materials
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for medical information and promotional communications
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals and patients
• Handle complex scientific inquiries globally with regulatory compliance
• Lead creation and maintenance of standard response letters and FAQs
• Review medical and promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and other teams
• Support scientific insights and strategy from medical inquiries
• Ensure adherence to global medical information processes and documentation
