Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Zug, Switzerland, seeks a Cluster Medical Head, CHAT-CEE, to lead an international medical organization, bridging science, development and commercial teams while delivering patient-centric medical strategies across markets.

You will guide investigators sponsored studies, phase IV research and real-world data, build medical capabilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Global Commercial, Regulatory and Development teams to address unmet medical needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required; MD preferred.
• 10–15+ years of pharmaceutical leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading in a complex, matrix environment.
• Experience building medical capabilities in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-country medical organization with clinical and scientific expertise.
• Drive transformation through launches, integration, and new partnerships.
• Forge external relationships with key thought leaders and stakeholders.
• Represent BMS at medical meetings and synthesize complex evidence for decision making.
