Takeda in Zurich seeks a Senior leader to serve as the Global Medical Governance Office’s primary partner for global-to-local governance across GxP and other regulated Medical activities. You will connect country Medical teams with capability owners, drive risk visibility and proactive audit readiness, and support enterprise CAPA and remediation programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Medical governance or related fields.
- Experience with global/regional country Medical teams in a matrix organization.
- Experience with GxP and regulated activities and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Lead the MGO governance framework for GxP and regulated Medical activities globally.
- Partner with BU/regional/country Medical leaders to provide practical guidance.
- Coordinate with capability owners across domains to avoid duplication.
- Maintain the integrated Global Medical risk register and drive risk-based decisions.
- Lead proactive audit readiness and CAPA coordination with Quality & Audit teams.
