Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceuticals International AG seeks a Global Medical Core Capability Strategy Lead, a Director-level expert. Based in Zurich, you will design and develop global competency frameworks, role archetypes, and capability roadmaps across Medical roles enterprise-wide.

Collaborate with Global Scientific Training Leads, IBU Medical Excellence, and other networks to ensure alignment with Vision 2030. You will own the capability maturity model, measure performance, and coordinate with Learning

Qualifications

Deep experience in competency framework design and capability architecture across global Medical teams.
Proven ability to define performance standards and measurable indicators.
Experience partnering with cross-functional global leaders to align capability roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of global competency frameworks and role archetypes across Medical.
Translate Vision 2030 into a multi-year capability development roadmap.
Define performance indicators and embed measurement in learning ecosystems.
Co-create with global stakeholders to ensure frameworks fit across BU contexts.
Govern content and manage external partnerships with a multi-million budget.
